As person-centred counsellors we do not tell you what to do and we will not be analysing you. We will be listening hard, moving at your pace, trying to understand your feelings which will help you to talk about anything that concerns you. Being understood can allow you to see life in a different way and activate resources that we all have within ourselves. We both firmly believe that we all have the potential for growth and change.
